Leading With Values from the Institute for Global EthicsIsoph is proud to be a distributor of Leading With Values, a CD-ROM program designed especially for nonprofits by the Institute for Global Ethics. Leading With Values is part of a recently launched comprehensive ethics training and consulting project for executives, staff, and board members of the nation's nonprofit organizations. The CD-ROM comes with a 50-page book of valuable readings and resources.
About Leading With ValuesThe CD-ROM offers interactive case study scenarios
of ethical dilemmas encountered by nonprofitsand methodologies for
solving them. It is based on the conceptual framework outlined by
IGE "The pressure on nonprofit organizations to operate with transparency and accountability is growing all the time," comments Dr. Kidder. "This program brings together three key strengths of the Institute: a well tested and respected ethics training program, extensive experience in the nonprofit community, and a hands-on familiarity with new technologies." Leading With Values will be the centerpiece
for regional delivery of the IGE's train-the-trainer workshops and
other ethics training tools. The workshops are designed to provide
nonprofit organizations with the language and tools of ethical decision
making, thereby encouraging accountability. |
