ISOPH COMBINES FORCES WITH LEARNSOMETHING

Tallahassee, FL (December 28, 2005) - LearnSomething, Inc., a Tallahassee-based provider of e-learning solutions for professional industries, and Isoph Corporation, a trusted e-learning partner for nonprofit and membership organizations based in Carrboro, NC, have signed a definitive agreement to unite the two organizations into a single company bearing the LearnSomething name.

As Steve Roden, LearnSomething's President and CEO, explained: "Like Isoph, LearnSomething has a long-standing commitment to working with associations, and now, through the combined resources of the two companies, we'll be able to offer more complete solutions to our joint client base."

Isoph offers a turnkey e-learning success system that takes organizations from initial analysis through successful deployment and ongoing delivery of e-learning programs. Key to typical initiatives is Isoph Blue, Isoph's hosted database-driven e-learning platform designed for seamless connectivity with major association management systems.

Isoph founders Jeff Cobb and Celisa Steele have been appointed to the LearnSomething executive team and will join LearnSomething's Vice President of Channel Sales, Mark Lambertson, in leading the Association Services Division.

Cobb commented: "We've partnered with LearnSomething for more than a year, and it became clear that by combining LearnSomething's and Isoph's resources and knowledge, we will be able to offer even better products and services to our existing clients. As just one example, LearnSomething's expertise in compliance and certification will be invaluable in shaping the future for Isoph Blue."

Roden continued, "Isoph has a tremendous track record of assisting nonprofits and associations. It makes perfect business sense to join forces and help our combined customer base generate non-dues revenue and meet the growing demand for e-learning."
