ISOPH AND N-TEN SEEK PARTICIPATION IN NONPROFIT E-LEARNING SURVEY
First-ever Survey of Nonprofits' Use of E-learning Technologies
Carrboro, NC (August 25, 2004) - Isoph and N-TEN,
both active in the field of nonprofit technology, encourage nonprofits,
associations, and foundations to participate in the first-ever survey
of nonprofit organizations' use of e-learning technologies. The
survey will remain open through September 15, 2004, and can be accessed
online at http://www.isophinstitute.com/survey2004.aspx.
As an incentive for completing the survey, a randomly chosen respondent
will win an Apple iPod.
Isoph, a leading provider of learning and communications
software and services for mission-based organizations, and N-TEN,
the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network, a membership association
that works to support the diverse people and organizations who help
nonprofits understand and employ technology effectively, have joined
together to provide important benchmarking data for nonprofits on
the use of e-learning. The two organizations will publicly release
the survey results and provide an opportunity for discussion online
and at N-TEN's series of regional conferences.
"N-TEN is dedicated to collaborating with partners
worldwide to enhance and disseminate research for the nonprofit
technology field," said Ed Batista, executive director of N-TEN.
"We are excited to partner with Isoph on this groundbreaking
survey."
